Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the relationship between the owner of software-analytics.bet (the "Service") and the user (the "User").

By using the Service — visiting the site, registering an account, or subscribing to notifications — the User confirms that they have read, understood, and accept these Terms in full.

If the User does not agree with any of these Terms, they must stop using the Service.

The Service is an informational and analytical platform. It analyzes publicly available data on sports events (live football matches) and publishes probability forecasts based on statistical models.

The Service is not:

• an entity that accepts bets on sports events or otherwise organizes gambling;
• an intermediary in the placement of bets by the User;
• a financial advisor or investment consultant;
• a partner or representative of betting organizations, and receives no compensation from their activities.

The Service does not accept bets, does not hold User funds, and does not pay out winnings.

All forecasts published by the Service are strictly informational and analytical and are the result of statistical models processing historical data.

A forecast is a probabilistic estimate, not a guarantee of any event. Past results do not guarantee future results.

The User makes their own decisions about any actions based on information from the Service, including placing bets with third parties, and bears sole responsibility for the consequences of those decisions.

The Service is not liable for any financial or other losses incurred by the User as a result of using the information published on the site.

The Service is intended for use by persons who have reached the age of 18. Information about the probabilities of sports outcomes may be applied to gambling, which most jurisdictions only permit for adults.

By using the Service, the User confirms that they are of legal age under the laws of their country of residence.

To access extended functionality, the User registers an account by providing an email address and a password.

The User agrees to:

• provide a valid email;
• keep their password confidential and not share it with third parties;
• be responsible for all actions performed from their account.

The Service is not liable for damages resulting from compromise of the User's password through their own fault.

The User is prohibited from:

• automated data collection from the Service (scraping, parsing, automated clients) without written consent;
• reselling, distributing, or commercially using the Service's forecasts and analytics;
• attempts to bypass authorization, attack the infrastructure, or reverse-engineer the code;
• using the Service for activities that violate the laws of the User's country.

If this section is violated, the Service may restrict or terminate the User's access without prior notice or compensation.

All Service materials — design, code, text, analytics, forecasts, methodology — are the intellectual property of the Service owner and are protected by law.

Use of Service materials is permitted only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. The Service owner does not warrant:

• uninterrupted availability of the site;
• the accuracy or timeliness of any specific forecast;
• the Service's suitability for the User's specific purposes.

The cumulative liability of the Service owner to the User on any grounds is limited to zero, as the Service is provided free of charge. This provision will be updated if paid plans are introduced.

The Service is not liable for temporary technical failures, actions of third parties, or force majeure.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.

All disputes are resolved through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes are resolved as provided by the laws of the Russian Federation.

The Service may change these Terms at any time. The current version is always available at /legal/terms.

The date of the last update is shown at the top of the document. By continuing to use the Service after the Terms change, the User confirms acceptance of the new version.
